I have been wanting to write about my favorite female singers for a long time now....

These people are the best talents around and can mesmerize you with their voice.

Chitra - She has won the national award several times...Chitra is probably one of the evergreen singers. Who can forget her best songs from Sindhu Bhairavi, Kannalanae, Uyire Uyire (Bombay), Kannamoochchi (Kandukonden Kandukonden), Kalyana Then Nila (Mounam Samadham), Medhuva Meduva (from Anna Nagar Mudhal Theru) and many more..

Sadhana Sargam - Sadhana just swept away all the music lovers with her Snehidhane in Alaipayuthey. One of the best singers in the industry today. Some of her fabulous songs are Paattu Solli Paada Solli (Azhagi), Konjum Mainakkale (Kandukonden Kandukonden), Manmadhanae (Manmadhan), Merke Merke (Kanda Naal Mudhal), Eno Kangal(Kalvanin Kadhali). Her Kanda Naal Mudhal and Kalvanin Kadhali songs are on my repeat play list :)

Shreya Ghosal - The sweetest voice in the industry today. Shreya is here to stay for a long time. Listen to her song 'Pani Thuli' (Kanda Naal Mudhal) and you will be her fan forever. Bairi Piya(Devdas), Jaadu Hai Nasha Hai, Chalo Tumko Lekar Chale (Jism), Khajiraho (Oru Naal Oru Kanavu), Elangaathu Veesudhae (Pita Magan) are some of her best songs.

Anuradha Sriram - The versatile singer who can sing anything from a peppy song to a melody song. Some of her best songs are Priyasakhi(Priyasakhi), Apadi Podu (Ghille) ...
